Oregon Cash Company (the “Website”) is not a lender or lending partner. It does not make loans of any type, and does not make any credit decisions. The Website collects personal information provided by you and share it with its network of lenders as well as marketing partners. Providing your information on the website does not guarantee you will be approved for a loan or credit product. This service and lenders are not available in all states. In some cases, you may be connected with a tribal lender.
Tribal lenders are subject to tribal and certain federal laws only while other lenders are also subject to state law including usury caps. By submitting your application, you acknowledge, agree, and authorize that (a) your information may be shared with third-party marketing partners and lenders in our network, and (b) such lenders may obtain consumer reports and related information about you from one or more consumer reporting agencies, such as TransUnion, Experian and Equifax to evaluate your creditworthiness. If you have any questions about your loan, please contact your lender directly.
(1) Loan approval is subject to meeting the lender’s credit criteria, which may include providing acceptable property as collateral. Actual loan amount, term and Annual Percentage Rate of the loan that a consumer qualifies for may vary by consumer. Loan proceeds are intended primarily for personal, family and household purposes. Minimum loan amounts vary by state. Consumers need to demonstrate ability to repay the loan.
(2) Form Inquiry processes could take five (5) minutes to complete. Upon completion, a conditional approval may be given pending review of documentation. Funding time is based on the time from final approval following receipt and review of all required documents and signing.

Pawn loans are a quick and easy way to borrow money without a credit check or hassle. Loans are based on the value of the item you’re pawning, not your credit rating or pay schedule. A typical pawn loan has a term length of 30 days, plus a 30-day grace period. If you cannot pay your loan back in full, we offer extensions to give you extra time. You may also choose to surrender your collateral as payment in full.
It depends on the item . We pay top dollar for guns, gold, name brand tools and name brand electronics. For most items we generally loan at a fourth of the used value. If you would like a quote on an item you can give us a call or come on down and see us.
No, it will not affect your credit. We do not report to any credit agencies. However, we don’t want to keep your item, so please if you need a day or two more, give us a call and generally we can work something out.
The Loan amount is based on the current value of your item. Item’s condition, market value and our ability to resell the item all play a role in determining the price. Oregon Cash Co, will use all research tools at hand to evaluate the item’s value and get you the cash you need.
We test all items for their performance. General merchandise is visually inspected and then tested by plugging it in and turning it on. Accessories such as remote controls and original cables all add to the value of an item. Diamonds are tested using jewelry loupe and electronic testers noting the cut/color/clarity/carat (the 4 C’s). Items in good condition usually get appraised at a higher value.
If you are unable to pay back your loan in full on its due date, you may get a renewal/ extension. That means that you pay the interest that has accrued on your loan in full and the new due date is set. The principal loan amount remains the same, as does the interest rate. You may extend the length of your loan as many times as you wish.
Yes. All aspects about any transaction are confidential and secure. Oregon Cash Co. does not share any collected information with any private parties.
It is our duty to keep all items safe and in a secure area while in pawn. Since you still own the items while in pawn, it is our responsibility to keep them in good condition. All accessories bought with the item are kept together in a secure area, and will be returned when the loan is paid in full. Our pawn inventory is linked with a state of the art computer system that allows us to track all items at any given time. All items while on pawn with Oregon Cash Co. are insured up to the loan value.
Yes. Pawnbrokers are subject to many state, federal and local laws. State and local authorities strictly regulate all aspects associated with pawn transactions.
Gun background checks are required for ALL guns leaving the store whether they are for loan collateral or an outright purchase. This is performed through the Oregon State Police and they charge $10.00 per transaction. Typically this process takes about 15 minutes but can take as long as 2 hours.
Some transactions may be DELAYED and will take 3 to 6 weeks to complete. This is usually due to a need on the OSP’s part to verify details regarding an incident or individual’s record.
All firearms transactions require current AND legible state-issued I.D.
